Prices are drawn from the same catalogue as our booking form. Your travel date, exact addresses, availability and agreed extras determine the final confirmed quote.
ECO accommodates up to 3 passengers, SUV up to 4 and VAN up to 8. Seats do not guarantee luggage space: send large suitcase and cabin-bag counts, and ask us about child seats or oversized items. Vehicle model and availability are confirmed before booking.
Pickup and drop-off
Send both hotel addresses, your date, preferred departure time and passenger and luggage details. Chiang Mai Airport pickup and destinations outside Chiang Rai city should be confirmed as separate route requirements.
Planning your journey
The route crosses northern countryside and winding road sections. Tell us if anyone is prone to motion sickness or needs additional comfort breaks. Allow time for traffic and rest stops, and avoid planning a tight onward connection around the estimated driving time.
What to confirm in your quote
Your quote must specify fuel, tolls, parking, included waiting time and any extra stops. Child seats, detours and additional waiting must be agreed before travel. Meals, admission and a tour guide are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. Our drivers communicate in basic English; contact our booking team for additional assistance.
Can we stop at the White Temple on the way?
You can request a temple or sightseeing stop before booking. Waiting time, a detour and admission may change the arrangement and total price. If you want to visit several attractions and return to Chiang Mai, choose a private day trip instead of this one-way transfer.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Prices are in Thai baht per private vehicle. ECO accommodates up to 3 passengers, SUV up to 4 and VAN up to 8. Tell us your luggage requirements so we can check suitability.
Is a tour guide included?
No. This is a private vehicle-and-driver service. Drivers have basic English; our team can assist via WhatsApp. A tour guide is not included.
What is included, and what costs extra?
Day-trip vehicle prices include the driver, fuel, route tolls and standard parking. Admission tickets, meals, boats, ferries and optional activities are separate unless expressly included in your written quote. Check the inclusions for your selected transfer or trip.
How do I book and pay?
Private Transfer: No deposit is required. Pay the driver in cash in Thai baht upon arrival at your destination, at the confirmed price. For a return booking, pay separately at the end of each leg as stated in your confirmation. Your booking is confirmed after both parties agree the details and we issue written confirmation. Please notify us promptly of changes or cancellation. Private Day Trip: Pay a 30% deposit after we check availability and confirm the total. Pay the remaining 70% to the driver in cash in Thai baht at the end of the service. We provide available payment methods and the deposit deadline before collecting payment; PayPal is not the only permitted method. Your booking is confirmed after we receive the deposit and issue written confirmation. Extensions depend on driver availability and require agreement on the extra charge first. Once both parties have confirmed the booking, we send vehicle and driver details one day before travel via WhatsApp or your booking email. For bookings made within one day of travel, we specify when these details will be sent when confirming the booking.
How long is the service and where will I be picked up?
Use the duration and pickup area listed for your chosen trip. Day-trip hours include driving and waiting. Additional time, extra stops or pickup outside the stated area require an agreed quote. Travel times may change with traffic, weather and ferry queues. Driver details are sent via WhatsApp one day before travel.
Can I request a child seat or change my booking?
Request changes through WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Changes to dates, times, route, pickup or drop-off points and vehicle type depend on availability and may change the price; we inform you before agreement. For a private day trip, request a date change at least 24 hours before pickup to move the deposit once to a new date, subject to availability and any price difference. Changes take effect only after our written confirmation. Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup: full deposit refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, or do not attend: the 30% deposit is non-refundable; we do not charge the remaining 70%.
