Privacy & website services

Information used for your journey
When you contact GoThai Taxi Service, the details you provide may include your name, contact information, pickup and destination addresses, travel date and time, flight number, passengers, luggage and special requests. These details are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a booking and coordinate the journey.
Website enquiry form
The form prepares a message from the details you enter and opens WhatsApp. You review and send that message in WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp or submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Avoid entering passport numbers, payment-card details, passwords or other information that is not needed to arrange the journey.
People involved in your booking
Relevant journey details may be shared with the driver or transport provider needed to fulfil your confirmed booking. Provide only the information necessary for pickup, communication and the agreed service.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, Facebook, email services and the automatic translation service operate under their own privacy terms. The language selector may use cookies to remember your choice and an external translation service to display translated website text. Links and embedded services may send information such as your IP address and browser details to their providers.
Cookies and site operation
WordPress and connected services may use cookies needed for site functions or language preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; restricting them may affect some features. Website request logs may also be processed by the hosting service.
Questions and information requests
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion, contact gothaitaxiservices@gmail.com or +66 83 902 1526. Identify the relevant enquiry or booking so the team can locate the information. Booking or transaction records may need to be retained for operational or other applicable requirements.
